Brandon Morris goes all in with a felony pot arrest. He's been immediately suspended, per UGA policy. And let the 'why we didn't make the NCAA tourney' excuse mongering begin.

I don't think it's a given that the jucos will help. But what the alternative?
Player utilization has been a dumpster fire on D. So we can get more out of what we have. That will help.
Better special teams and a quasi competent D will pull the scoring average down from 29 to 22 pretty easily. To win the east we need to get down to around 21
Tyler, he doesn't need to get 15 yards. A double digit punt return average and catching the ball cleanly every time works for me. He doesn't have to be Woerner or Gary. Thomas Flowers is good enough to make our punt return a threat again.
I agree. However, I think he can be like the two you mentioned. Or like Ryan Switzer for North Carolina who had 1/10th of the Tar Heels TDs on punt returns.

ReplyDeleteI think it is a given the jucos have more experience, which at this point is the only thing I have to grab onto.

ReplyDeleteI would love for him to be a Damian Gary type of returner, but taking 10 yards off field position on every punt would be a good start
ReplyDeleteStop talking dirty to me.
