Night games are great but two in a row is kinda tough on some folks. I know I decided not to do it from Bham twice in a row. My tickets are being used though.
I've never seen a fanbase complain so much about playing evening games at home! It's inexcuseable! UGA fans have always been whiners and has Sanford stadium ever had the reputation for being a tough place to play? No! Georgia fans are a joke, no passion whatsoever! Enjoy remaining mediocre!
I really don't think Bryan Evans could play any worse....hold on...he just gave up a first down....hold on...there is a touchdown..nevermind my comment....obviously it can get worse.... I seriously wrote this in real-time......
It's as if Cox doesn't think before he throws an interception to a lineman...what is the record for most UGA Int's to a lineman?...he must be tied or the leader....embarrassing...he should be ashamed to represent UGA 7 in such a disgraceful way
Did you know that Joe Cox sat for 4years to get his shot at quarterbacking the Dawgs?
You are a DGD Joe!!!
I hope you get that graduate assistant job so you can teach Murray & Mett how to play the position. If only our future quarterbacks can develop into great field generals like you, Joe!
What a joke of a football team, and yes I have played the game. Its like ringling brothers is in Athens with all the clowns on our sideline. You go from 20 to 6 to 27 to 34??? You have to be a bunch of clown, you sure aren't a football team.
Agree, turn them off. I am the first to held my thoughts in check, but even I am having a hard time not say'n something in poor tast. I think I did see WM with one of those big red noses on the sidelins...sorry just had to get that out. Now turn them off befor its to late.
This is the worst Georgia team I have seen in 15-20 years. If it's not a mentally challenged defensive coordinator, it's the biggest choke interception/fumble fest in the history of football. What a horrible season. To quote my Dad, "That was worse than pitiful."
Why is Cox playing? Can anyone really answer that question for me? He gives us the best chance to win? Maybe if he's throwing bombs and handing off, but not if he's throwing screens. He might be the worst screen throwing quarterback ever.
But you know, there was plenty to go around tonight: (1) Defense stopped rushing the passer in the second half. It actually appeared as though the d-linemen had been coached to not pressure the quarterback, but, instead, contain him. Many times I saw a lineman hold up instead of mauling the qb. Don't get it. (2) Freshmen: learn the plays and hold onto the freaking ball with two hands (Ealy, Smith, Boykin, Charles - all either didn't know what to do or held the ball in one hand in a situation where they were/could get jacked). Only Charles escaped a massive f-up. (3) Our offensive play-calling is as predictable as the sun rising tomorrow morning.
This was a funeral, indeed.
My only hope is that it helps lead to the necessary changes to turn this program around. We are totally average - at best.
I am holding back...when i say..never been embarrased to be a Georgia fan...until now...Did Donnan lsoe to Kentucky?????....Jesus Christ....I will hate life until we beat Tech.....oh hold on....maybe for another year...I will hate life...I doubt our team has the discipline to play with a small scrappy Tech team.
Coach Richt had better right this ship. This was an undisciplined slop-fest. And THAT goes back to CMR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Richt's loyalty to staff, qb, etc is killing this program... New defensive co and richt needs to start calling the o plays again...plus start the best players not the oldest...fulmer made that mistake
Anybody wanting to get season tickets, next year is the year to start. They might have to do like they did back in 2001 & 2002 and spot people the Hartman Fund contribution just to get them to buy tickets. I'm a fan and will keep my tickets, but a lot of the people on this post the past couple years have been bitching about the cost of buying in. Well you got what you wanted. A cheap ticket price, to bad the quality of the team/play goes hand in hand with the price of the ticket.
man what a sucky day to be a georgia fan uga sports have to step up im getting sick of losing but i still love the dawgs btw can we skip to baseball season

ReplyDeleteIt will be full, I'm sure. I went the last two weeks and yelled my butt off.
ReplyDeleteGo Dawgs
As soon as I get off work I'll be there in my black polo. God I hate working Saturdays. Anybody hiring for a regular 9-5 job? The car business sucks.
ReplyDeleteHey, I'm here. Downtown. Um. Representin'?
ReplyDeleteNot showing up today. Call me fairweather but I don't want to see us lose to Kentucky.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a fanbase complain so much about playing evening games at home! It's inexcuseable! ReplyDeleteStop whining.

Sad thing is, you can't deny anything I posted @ 5:58. We want to be big time, but not put in the time and effort it takes. I am a fan of Chic Fil-A.

This is going to hell in a hand-basket.
ReplyDeleteIt's as if Cox doesn't think before he throws an interception to a lineman...what is the record for most UGA Int's to a lineman?...he must be tied or the leader....embarrassing...he should be ashamed to represent UGA 7 in such a disgraceful way
ReplyDeleteI know, I know. We've got the ball back. Let's remain calm.
ReplyDeleteYeah!!
ReplyDeleteOkay, now panic.
ReplyDeletesorry Andy..you would do the same...
ReplyDeleteThose of you leaving the stadium with over 2 minutes left in the game should be ashamed of yourselves and not call yourself a Georgia fan...ever.
ReplyDeleteWell, Hell. Thankfully, boogers ruined my evening hours ago, so this isn't as bad as it could be.

ReplyDeleteJesus H. Tapdancing Christ...
ReplyDeleteTurn the comments off, now. Otherwise, this is going to get really, really ugly.
ReplyDeleteAgree, turn them off. I am the first to held my thoughts in check, but even I am having a hard time not say'n something in poor tast. I think I did see WM with one of those big red noses on the sidelins...sorry just had to get that out. Now turn them off befor its to late.

ReplyDeleteCalm thyselves, people! We've been here before, and we'll get through this. It sucks, I know, but all is not lost. Let's not panic, Andy.
