Two years ago, I had 3 missed appointments and 14 hours invested in getting my cable hooked up because Comcast kept blowing me off. So I feel this guy's pain.

The apartment dweller should be spending a lot less money on his cable and more on his air-conditioner. That thing looks like a serious health hazard.
