Ellerbe's Case is Resolved (non-joke)

Ellerbe has been suspended for three games by Richt, and will face probation and a 24 hour jail sentence. (GSB readers knew about it 4 hours ago as one of our readers gave us an update from the courthouse)

As expected the theft by taking charge related to Mudcat Elmore's car was dropped. The DUI charge was also dropped given that they never tested his blood-booze level. The other charges stuck.

I had predicted a 4 game suspension based on the possible DUI. Without a DUI three games is pretty fair.
