Odell talks about his situation and his suspension with ESPN. I really hope he's telling the truth and playing it straight. It's pretty obvious now that all the meth and crack rumors were b.s. (as I said at the time). You can look at his body and see that there's no way he's on either of those. So at least that much of his story is true.
The rest is who knows. If Odell is playing it straight and if he uses the suspension to change his life, he really could go down as one of the greats. It's all up to him. Here's hoping for the best for him because he has a self-destructive streak a mile wide.
