EDSBS points out that Wisconsin's coach found a loop hole in the new clock rules. As you know the clock now starts at the game's kickoff...not when the ball is touched by the return team. Check out the Mack Truck sized loophole that Wisconsin found in the rules to end the 1st half vs. Penn State.
