Playing in the Dark -- Dawgs win NIT Round 1

Both teams exited the building in total darkness as Levi Stukes and Fresno State both shot the lights out from beyond the arc. Dawgs get Air Force on the road next. More later.

I thought your headline might be about Takais Brown "spliting the monster" after the TV analyst kept referring to a double team as "the monster" all night.

Well,

FSU didnt have and answer for Stukes or Brown which I figured would be a problem. They ended up with 51 combined.

Yeah, FSU shot the lights out but you dont win many games with only 9 2Pt FGs.

FSU has no inside presence and it showed again.

McGuire was the best player on the floor though in my opinion. He may leave early which hurts FSU going into next season.

I see UGA where Vandy is in the 07 tourney next year. Youve got the makings of a great squad and Felton seems like a good coach.
