I believe it was legendary UGA coach/player Bill Hartman Sr. who said that Trippi was the greatest defensive back that has ever played at Georgia. If memory serves, he said that around the time that Champ Bailey was getting a ton of press here.

Weird thing about that video is that it never showed up in my profile page or anything until a couple of months ago, even though I uploaded it the same day as the Greene to Edwards vs. Vandy video. (This vid and my Pollack vid were halftime bits from the TV broadcast of that Vandy game)
The old school guys deserve some props too.
Trippi is a playable character in All-Pro Football 2K8 on the Xbox 360. Pretty freakin' cool if you ask me!
Paul I was wondering if you could put up on your site: Mark Richt Liberty Mutual Part 2. I think this would be great for recruits out there and especially for those on the fence now about coming to UGA.
