Only, not really. Those wagon wheel looking rims are the dumbest things I've ever seen, I don't care how much the rappers talk about em... so shirley you jest.
Well, if he played at UGA, you know the ACC police would have already pulled him over and arrested him for stupidity and lack of taste.
But I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation like an excessive amount of speed bumps in his apartment complex or something like that.
