Another Black Jersey Photoshop
Will they or won't they? The photoshop picture above comes courtesy of the fellas over at the FootballHuddle.net message board. (click to enlarge)
BTW -- As was pointed out in the comments section earlier in the week, the Bulldogs wore black jerseys for the Jan. 1, 1943 Rose Bowl victory, and Frank Sinkwich's 1942 Heisman Portrait shows him in a black jersey at the Downtown Athletic Club.
I'm not saying one way or the other. Just saying.

They will.
Who cares? Let's just get 'em fired up to play mean and kick some war chicken a$$!!!
I've got this weird feeling that if we come out in black jerseys tomorrow, we're going to lose.
I can't tell you why. Just one of those weird things.
Shirtless is the only way to go at this point.
Sinkwich is in black at the dwntwn ath club?
Precedent! I'm in!

I love the way those uniforms look. I hope we come out in those tomorrow and wear them more often.
Looking better all the time. Sinkiwich looks great.
MURDEROUS RAGE - the ESPN SportsNation vote features UGA has the team most likely to be upset this weekend. See for yourself at http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/index.
Look, it's as obvious as a terd in a punch bowl that we're wearing red tomorrow. Richt has constantly hinted at the fact that they don't currently have black jerseys. Why can't we figure this out??
Here's a pretty sweet b/w picture of Sinkwich from the Rose Bowl site. You can click to enlarge it. His had red numbers with white outline.

David, not so obvious huh.
Richt is showing that UGA is a fun place to play!
YEAH! YEAH! YEAH! And thanks, Arkansas, good job.
Richt made me eat my words. So he did do it. He really lead me on this time.
Thomas Brown and Sean Bailey are totally having their way with Loran on the post game show. Oh you Georgia Bulldogs!
Things I saw at the game:
1. A student wearing a black gorilla outfit.
2. A student dressed like a ninja.
3. A girl holding a sign that said "Knowshon is on my To-Do List".
Great game.
Glad UGA won so I can make this point. Penn Wagers (the head referee at the game tonight) has it in for us. Two of our "unsportsmanlike" penalties were extremely shaky calls, and Penn snapped at Brian Mimbs to get up after a punt or he'd "call unsportsmanlike" on him. Wagers made a couple of really questionable calls against us in the UF game also. My theory is he doesn't care for the motivational strategies CMR has taken the last few games and has taken it upon himself to retaliate. Go back and look at the replay of the UF game, he can barely hide a smirk during the whole first touchdown celebration. Enforcing football decorum isn't really his job. Apparently neither is competent or evenhanded officiating.
I'm embarassed that the SEC would allow such unprofessional behavior, and have a referee run around and threaten a player with a penalty (Mimbs). Either throw the flag (seems to have no problem with that) or don't.
The other possible explanations are that Penn likes to see himself on TV. Or that he's mad at the world for being named "Penn" and the whole blackout thing reminded him of Johnny Cash and "boy named Sue" and he got angry having been given the unfortunate name of "Penn."
Whatever it is, I hope he never does another game that UGA plays in.
He really was doing his best to give Auburn the game at times during the 2nd/3rd quarters. Generally, I'm against outright hostility at the refs, but when the people around me in the student section started the "F*ck You Ref" chant, I got right in there with them. He really was making some horrible calls and ignoring some other perfectly valid calls against Auburn.
He can sit on his stick and twirl for all I care.
they did. got a bumper sticker up on ebay if any are interested, 'back in black' with score beneath. search 'georgia auburn sticker'.
actually knocked the lamp over when the dogs overcame the brief defecit. then it was ON. loved, loved, loved it.
"Penn Wagers (the head referee at the game tonight) has it in for us."
It's because we were black. He didn't have a problem letting whitey slide on a few celebrations and questionable calls.
