As you probably heard by now there was quite the streaking incident during Friday night's UNC vs. LSU game in Omaha. With the game tied in the 8th inning, twenty-one-year-old Jedidian Potter became the first CWS streaker since 1974.The kid jumped the wall just to the left of Quinton and I and made a break for center field. When he arrived at his desired location, he struck a hysterical pose of what we referred to as "The Thinker." Quinton has the photo to the right.
Immediately upon standing up after his pose, a member of the Rosenblatt Grounds Crew executed a perfect form tackle that both Thomas Davis and Terry Tate would be proud of.
Mr. Potter rode The Pain Train straight to the Omaha Prison. Video footage of the tackle is below.
