Get your fried chicken on

From Chick-Fil-A's PR folks (edited):
Chick-fil-A is the newest sponsor of ESPN’s College GameDay telecast and to celebrate its involvement, the chain is sending team members to Athens prior to the match-up versus the Alabama Crimson Tide to provide samples of some Chick-fil-A menu items. The product sampling will occur near the GameDay set this Saturday beginning at approximately 7:45 a.m. (til 8:45), while supplies last. In addition, the Chick-fil-A "Eat Mor Chikin" Cows will be on-hand to welcome fans to the game.
All that means...if you're there early for the Gameday show...Chick-Fil-A will do their best to feed you.

PWD

(PS - Chick-Fil-A isn't a sponsor of this site. Although, I'd be glad to have that change.)

Did Truett send the signs to Tuscaloosa last weekend?

They may want to add blackened chicken to the menu...

I would like to let any Chic-Fil-A higher-ups know that the Tate Center Chic-Fil-A is besmirching the good name of your company. They seriously don't know how to moderate the grease and salt content of your fine menu items. My theory is that this relates to the location being manned by University Food Services employees and not the standard conscientious Chic-Fil-A employees.

Will they also be handing out "Bring on Gaytors!" signs as well?

"Memo to Corso: Nuggets can be used as projectiles."

Sad thing is, some jackass will probably think the same thing and actually go through with it.

I am trying to have faith that Georgia folks will behave at Gameday with the eyes of the nation squarely on Athens/UGA.

Guys,

There's a net behind the set for that reason alone. Don't be assholes and make UGA look bad.

I'm convinced that Corso will probably pick Bama but if yall would go to Tirico and Van Pelt's show from yesterday 9/23 you would hear Herbstriet talking all about how he loves Stafford.

The exposure to recruits is priceless. Let's show some hospitality and have fun

At the very least you should have your people get in touch with Chick Fil A's people and work out a trade.

Alright, what's the consensus for Saturday. How do ya'll think our O-Line is gonna perform?

Anonymous said...

I think our O-Line will be ok, i am worried about our Defensive front against their dominant O-line. If our tackles can keep them off Rennie and Ellerbe we should be ok.

The goal is obviously to make John Parker beat us.

I'm not sure what their goal will be...I pray to god they stack the box and man us up. We will have a field day if that is the case.

I really hope Corso picks Bama because we usually lose when he picks us.

Oh, and by the way, I sure hope no cows are coming in by parachute.

Guys and gals this is so much fun.

Chicken biscuit, hash browns and bourbon and coke is my normal gameday breakfast.

Who the hell would waste a chicken nugget to throw at that moron Corso? Seriously. Makes it easier to get out of bed knowing there might be free CFA...
