Coach Fox Leaning on Richt for Advice

The Macon Telegraph has four video interviews with Coach Fox on their site. Look below the big video image, and you'll see the links. This looks to be from the working lunch with all the beat writers last week. It's interesting to see the unabridged version.

Also, David Hale has more on Coach Fox leaning on Mark Richt for advice at UGA. I mentioned last week that we're not going to participate in the Hawaii tourney, and I suggested that the five high major games we already have on the books for 2009-2010 may be "enough" for Fox. Well...maybe not. The link above includes more discussion on his scheduling philosophy including an unwillingness to do a 1 for 2 with a bigger name school, and a willingness to play other BCS league schools on TV. He's got four games in the hooper. It'll be very interesting to see where those next four announced games land along the spectrum of toughness, and then we'll know a lot more.

I would imagine we will set up another home/home series with nevada.

Fox addressed the potential for a nevada series early on. He said that he would definitely like to do that. Just not next year.
