If you happen to be downtown this weekend, you'll be forgiven for wondering why Tech is holding classes a few blocks too far south. It's actually the holiest weekend on the nerd calendar.

If you're eating lunch in Peachtree Center today and you see any Klingons wearing Tech gear, snap a photo and email it to us. We'll give you a photo credit in a post during Tech Hate Week in November.

Looks like a few of them have worn out their kneepads
My personal favorite is the third one in line, wearing the hat on top of the helmet!!
hey d-bags...photo is photo-shopped so don't too riled up. I wonder if photoshop has a Mullet feature...
I never would have guessed it was photo shopped. You mean tech doesnt really have a team of storm troopers protecting the computer labs after a big win over Jax State.
That big stupid insect in the background isn't photoshopped.
meh....I'm a UGA fan and have been to DragonCon in the past. You need to realize there are differences between geeks, nerds and fanboys b/c all are at DragonCon.
Sorry...I was wrong about insect. It's photoshopped too.
Tech fan here... its photoshopped... but we'll settle all of this on the field!
And whats the difference between a geek, nerd, and fanboy?
Shopped, or not, it's still effin funny (because it's true).

NEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDDDDDS
This is funny b/c you know it has an element of truth.
I have a friend who flunked out of Tech in the 90's. Walkin down the hall of his dorm he popped his head into a room with a few guys wathcing tv. It was a japanese martial arts cartoon. One of the guys turned around and told my buddy "this one shows boobs".
Not everyone at Tech is a drooling dork. But there are certainly more than a few. Its ok to laugh at them, even if you go to Tech.
