Most impressive sign for S&C

My reaction was the exact same as Blutarsky's when I saw the pic of Kwame Geathers in the Banner Herald.  And that reaction was..."wow."  Or more specifically, "Who is THAT dude."

I haven't posted about Spring Practice until now, and I'll tell you why.  Because every Spring it's always the same.  "This is the best Spring we've ever had. Team chemistry is at an all time high.  We've got such great leaders. Last year, we had too many distractions.  Too many selfish guys and not enough participation in our conditioning drills / off season workouts  This year, we're working hard and participation is almost 100%.  The off season workouts were the best ever.  Man, oh man, we're in shape and ready to GATA."

I put nothing into the sound bytes this time of year.  But...but that photo of Geathers is no joke. It gives me pause.  If he's building endurance for that body, he'll be something.

It's hard not to get intrigued when you see that.

Your take on why you haven't posted on Spring practice is the best thing I've read yet on the subject matter.

As far as I am concerned, nothing has changed until we come out in the Dome and whip Boise State's ass.

Amen Anon. Christian Robinson needs to put up or shut up.

I don't even think this picture is that impressive either.

I don't even bother to read about Spring football at UGA unless it is about personnel changes. Because, Butts Mehre and the UGA fan base are like Lucy and Charlie Brown. See link:

The "great NT's" I've seen over the past 10 years did NOT appear to be in good shape. As a matter of fact, they tend to look like William Perry in retirement. However, I'm glad to see we are pumping iron and eating well. To be candid, I assume all players at the D1 level are doing the same. Kick the sh@t out of BSU and make Steve Spurrier retire after game two, then I'll be 'intrigued'.

As Dawg fans we have had the wool pulled over our eyes too many times. Thank you for your honest and straight forward post PWD. I no longer believe the dribble that comes from this staff and/or players.

Rodney hasn't put a DT into the NFL's Day 1 draft since 2003. That was 8 years ago.
