.111

1 for 9

That is Georgia's free throw line for the 22 point loss at Florida last night. A full 100 points lower than Michael Jordan's batting average. 15 points below the Rams and Colts' records this season. They nearly missed more free throws than they had assists.

Those eight points won't make up for the 22 points, but it is illustrative of how far this team has to go before they are a legitimate threat to do more than fill another team's 40 minutes of play time twice a week.

I thought Fox was the answer, now I am beginning to think McGarity won't tolerate this shit considering the depth of bball talent in GA.

You gotta give him at least one, if not two more years to fix things Jax. Georgia hoops has always shot itself in the foot, and the list of problems with the program over the years would be long enough to kill 1,000 trees if we put them on paper. So we have to give him time, to see if he can develop one of these young bigs as he did Jevale McGee, to see if he can crack that Atlanta recruiting nut, and maybe make some staff changes/additions to help fix the issues we're seeing now.

It's a mess right now, and a bad one, but the man has done everything great pr wise, and considering the program's past, you have to give him enough time to see if he can fix this.

3 years is plenty of time. We were bad in his first year and we're horrible in his third. I'd be more inclined to give him a 4th year if recruiting was going better. Pull the plug and try somebody else.
