ACC: On the Clock for Relegation

Wow. I didn't think we'd ever see a more complete pantsing of an ACC team in the Orange Bowl than we did last season. I mean 70-33? Damn.

Bet Pitt and Syracuse wishes they had been a bit more patient.

As Mr. Sanchez at SnG put it: Clemson pulled a Clemson.

It was beautiful.

Why is Georgia scared to play Oregon?

As I understand it, Oregon and Georgia mutually agreed to cancel that series as the home/away conflicts could not be navigated. Which is to say it was poorly scheduled in the first place. Georgia did replace that series with Ohio State, so I'd hardly say the Dawgs are avoiding tough non-conference opponents. Would love to see the Ducks sometime, though. It was disapointing that it didn't work out.

That series was scheduled before the Pac-10 went to a 9 game conference schedule. Once they did, Oregon wasn't as thrilled about playing us (and we wanted to get out of it too).

Clemson has pissed themselves more times in the past 20 years than we have crossing the state line for Jacksonville. It is truly amazing how often they start strong, and collapse mid season to hilarious failures.
