SEC Power Poll Ballot, Week 8

1. Alabama - At some point, you have to think 'Bama fans are going to get pissed with being merely great, right?
2. Florida - Have to rank them here, but outside of Vandy, has any team played their A game against them?
3. LSU - This season is feeling a lot like 2010 in Baton Rouge.
4. South Carolina - The thought of South Carolina fans doing the walk of shame out of The Swamp somehow helped me feel better about the trash talking I endured walking out of Williams-Brice.
5. Georgia - At some point teams that always play their C- game are just C- teams.
6. Mississippi State - Quite possibly the worst 7-0 team since Kansas State, circa 1995.
7. Texas A&M - At the bottom of the top or the top of the bottom. You decide.
8. Arkansas - Definately in the top of the bottom.
9. Tennessee - They end October with a recently humiliated South Carolina squad that is looking to make someone pay. Probably another good week for Dooley to keep the crutches.
10. Vandy - Bowl hopes are hanging by the barest of threads.
11. Ole Miss - Vandy and Ole Miss are top candidates for the last bowl spot in the SEC right now. My money is on Vandy.
12. Missouri - The Big 12 defense thing has gone from a funny joke to sad reality.
13. Kentucky - Showed they can play a full game of football. If they do that, Joker's season won't be so terrible when all is said and done.
14. Auburn - Oh, this is the Gene Chizik that Iowa State fans are happy is gone.
