- We'll play Auburn at home.
- We'll have no more than four true away games.
- We won't play Alabama.
All that being said, here is what we already know:
Home
|
Away
|
Tennessee Vandy Clemson South Alabama Charleston Southern Georgia Tech | South Carolina Missouri Kentucky |
Now, will we end up having Florida flip flop to us being away again? It could happen to balance out the schedules. Here is what I think we'll see:
Home
|
Away
|
Tennessee Vandy Clemson South Alabama Charleston Southern Georgia Tech Auburn | South Carolina Missouri Kentucky Arkansas/Texas A&M |
The rumor is it'll be A&M. We know A&M is going to play South Carolina as a new cross division rival. There is a rumor that the Gamecocks and A&M will open the season in the patented South Carolina SEC Opening Week Thursday night game. If that is so, we could end up in College Station as the other cross division game. I've also seen Arkansas thrown out there as a possible West away opponent. Bama is off the table according to Florida beat writers. Same for Ole Miss and LSU.
Unless they move another team to Georgia (such as Arkansas playing us in Athens), the Georgia-Florida cycle home-away cycle will remain the same.
