Are donkeys about to fly?

I wouldn't get my hopes up, but it looks like some of you might get the illusion of your wish: the Athletic Board is going to discuss building the indoor football practice facility.

AD Greg McGarity is quick to point out that is only the first of many steps to getting shovel into the dirt. As he noted:

"The bottom line is you have to have funding in place to even start the process," McGarity said Tuesday. "There are a lot of things we'll have to discuss. But there are certain baby steps that you have to take to begin the process. That's why we with our board with just talk about it a little bit."

That funding is currently estimated at around $15M. So, you know, get to writing checks if it means that much to you.
