Isner was our No. 1 player on last year's national champion tennis team. The U.S. Open is his first grand slam tournament and he is making a name for himself, winning two mild upsets in the opening rounds. A UGA flag was spotted in the stands after his opening round victory. Tonight, after Isner won in straight sets, an interviewer asked why everyone was barking at him. John is doing Georgia proud. His reward for winning his first two matches: a match with Roger Federer, the world's best player.
