"I salute you Mr. Money Where Your Mouth Is."Damn impressive.
No wonder there's so much optimism running around with both Bradley and Barnhart talking about the Dawgs and the title game again. Speaking of reasons for optimism, check out this message board post about Stafford's stats. Interesting stuff.

If I were a Dawg fan with $1600-1700 laying around in the bank, buying tickets now makes good sense. If we are in the price will go higher. If we aren't, then there is a decent chance you could sell at a profit to the fans of whoever is. Sound financial action, imo. Lots less scary than the stock market these days.
I wonder what the GEEF cutoff will for these tickets? 200,000?
I don't think the game is even sold out yet. You can just put your name on the waiting list here: https://oss.ticketmaster.com/html/home.htmI?DB_OEM_ID=11800&l=EN&team=orangebowl&KEY=&DB_OEM_ID=11800&DB_LANG=&IN_SUBSCRIBER_CONTENT=
As for selling title tickets at a profit, you'd think so, wouldn't you. But I got tickets through the waiting list the last time the Orange Bowl hosted. SC and Oklahoma were in the game. I couldn't sell the tickets for anything close to face value.
Anon - That's one helluva a question. I have no idea what the cutoff would be.
If we got 17,500 tickets (normal BCS amount), I'd guess the ticket cutoff would be around 25k. Because they would limit the # of tickets a big giver could get.
But that's just a wild guess.
