Video: Looking Back at 2007

I love this Georgia Bulldog video because it flashes back and forth between the media pundits saying what UGA "can't do" vs. what the team actually did. (ht - battledawg on The Porch)

Does Ga Southern still run the triple option? Or are they now running the spread?

They have a more pass oriented attack, although they mostly lived and died on the legs of Jayson Foster last year. Hatcher made the air raid "Hatch Attack" famous at Valdosta State and that's what he brought to GSU.

Ok, I'll admit. I got a little misty-eyed on that one.

Man what a video...goes to show was the douches bag over on ESPN know. I would love to stick my boot up Mark May's ass. I say let them keep talking bad about the dawgs.

Baxter-in a non-homo type way I got aroused after that video thinking about this year.

My favorite part of that video is Brandon Miller blowing up Colt Brennan while they were running an option. I actually noticed that when I first saw the game. Everybody talked about how Georgia had eight sacks and how that led to poor Colt's demise. Yes, the sacks were bad. But, My God, go look at some of the plays where Colt actually got the pass away but still got drilled and buried.

That is Good Stuff...Oh BTW...

Remember what I told you guys about Jim Rome...here it is..

If that link doesn't work the title of it is ..

Jim Rome - Florida over Georgia?

In regards to that Jim Rome video,

Better game planner? Superior program? Superior athletes? Superior system? Jim Rome is nuts. I really don't like that guy at all. At this point, Meyer is one game better than the Zooker at this point in their tenures at Florida. Florida has had only one 10 win season in the past seven years while UGA has had five 10 win seasons in the past seven. And, while Florida fans may hate to admit it and like to ignore, UGA still owns the series. All of Rome's thoughts have no basis or backup to them.

Screw him and UF.

In 2007 we knew two things, Mark May likes Hawaii, and Mark May likes dudes.

Great video. I hope everyone can now see what a bias there is against the dawgs in the sports media. Guess we'll just have to go out and win a national championship. That'll shut 'em up.

Great, great, great video. Well done.

P.S. I hate Mark May.
P.S.S I hate Jim Rome even more.

I LOVE the fact that we're being overlooked. I LOVE the fact that Urban Meyer has called our guys out this year. I LOVE the fact that ignorant jerks like Rome prove the adjective true by claiming that FL is superior.

But what I LOVE the MOST is the fact that we return 17 starters, 9 on D, with big, mean, motivated lines.

Get ready for war this year guys b/c our boys are. Such seasons are only a few in a lifetime.

Enjoy. Fck FLorida.

And I would pay $1000 to see the Colt-less Warriors upset Florida in week one. Hell, I'd pay more. And hopefully, the Bruins can take care of Fulmer. SEC-love can piss-off, I hate those two and I don't care who beats them. Sic 'em WAC and PAC!

I have probably watched the first 19 seconds of that DawgPost video of the Dogs running out against Auburn 200 times. No joke.

What I love the most is that I'm convinced that the two cheerleaders who run past with huge shit-eating grins on their faces KNOW that the Dogs are in black and they know that in about 3.2 seconds the stadium is going to explode. They know what virtually no one else knows.

The people that made it should get the contract for the pregame intro video over Daktronics' people

Not that Daktronics hasn't made some truly great videos but gdawgydawg and his crew have the skills, they're UGA fans, and most probably local.

If nothing else, I think the J-school ought to be sponsoring contests for intro vids that could change from week to week. All those budding video editors competing for bragging rights and maybe a scholarship. It'd be pretty cool.
