No further disciplinary action taken

The AJC has the update on Bar Brawl 2008. Henson might not be out of the legal woods yet, but it looks like Dowtin and Baldwin are pretty clear. In fact, the AJC reports:

Athens-Clarke County detectives would be seeking a warrant for aggravated assault against the person(s) who injured Baldwin and Dowtin.
