We're almost out of the off season which means headlines generally turn away from shenanigans towards news of position battles and the freshmen buzz (Image: Hipple). Like this gem from the ABH:
"[Eason] said 'How you doing? How are things going for you?' "Today, we bring you some positive headlines about the team.
"[Durham] said, 'Coach, A.J. A.J's got the gear.' "

Kaltefleiter worries about Greene being undersized. Fred Gibson had a similar build his freshman year, and he torched Tennessee and everyone else his freshman year. No worries.
Gibson was under 180lbs his freshman year. Greene is listed at 204lbs...now. That's plenty big.
Another thing...AJ Green play defense in high school. He could've have been an All-American Safety. the kid ain't scared (like Fred) to get hit or hit somebody.
Kaltefleiter mentioned AJ struggling with physical defenders at the line of scrimmage...well all I know is that Asher Allen says he's the real deal and several players have mentioned that he gets off the line well (vs. the jam). If Asher Allen is giving him credit then that is all I need to hear b/c he won't face many tougher than Asher in college football. Woof! Woof!
