These lists never seem to consider teams that suck. Shouldn't Vanderbilt be on the list every year since they have to play both Florida and Georgia? South Carolina plays all of the top 3 SEC teams (LSU, UGA, UF) as well as @ Clemson.
Kansas? They play @USF, @OU, @Missouri, @NEB, Texas, and Texas Tech. That's a pretty tough schedule as well.
4 of the top 5 were SEC schools. If you checked out the easiest schedule video 2 of the 5 easiest were ACC schools (Wake, and BC). I think that says a lot about your conference when you're ranked with BYU and Fresno State in cupcakes. Hell, Cutcliff over at Duke had a more difficult schedule!
I disagree with War Eagle and tOSU being on that list. I don't know at this point who I would replace those teams with but I can't say I feel they belong.
As tough as our schedule looks to be this season, Alabama's is right there along side ours. UF could very well end up having the toughest schedule in the country by far depending on how FSU and Miami play out their respective seasons.
Don't knock the OSU schedule too much. There are only two teams on the coaches' preseason top 25 poll that play five other schools in the top 25: Georgia and Ohio State.
Until Michigan shows a pulse w/ Rodriguez's system and Illinois shows they won't fold w/o their best player gone from each side of the ball, consider me unimpressed with the Big Ten and OSU's schedule.
(Almost as unimpressed as I am with the coaches who put Michigan and Fresno State in the Top 25).
Senator, I agree with you about OSU, but there are other teams play 5 top 25 schools:
Kansas: OU, TT, Texas, Missouri, S. Fla.
Wisconsin: OSU, Mich, Fres State, Penn St., Ill.
Illinois: Missouri, Mich, Penn St., Wisn and OSU
As far as OSU, I don't think it can be overestimated how much more difficult that USC trip makes their schedule. USC has only lost one game (by one point) at home in ESPN's archive of schedules for them...since 2002. So when you slap that OOC game on your schedule (a game in which the odds tell you you probably aren't going to win), you're making your self go undefeated against everyone else on your normal schedule just to have a hope of making it to the MNC game. Their schedule certainly did suck last year, but they wouldn't be far from my top-5 this year.

Trev really mailed this one in.

Can someone list them? I'm youtubed-out from work.
Non-SEC:
Colorado: WVU, @ FSU, Texas, @ KU, @ Mizzou, @ aTm, @ Nebraska
Arizona State and Washington also have a pretty tough slate.

False, Blutarsky.
Wisconsin, Kansas, and Illinois each play 5 other Top 25 teams as well.

Duke has the hardest schedule since they are everybody's cupcake.
I lovE Trev
Trev has a man crush on the Dawgs! Always has.
Thanks for catching my brain fart, guys. The embarrassing part is that I did the same thing at my site. Oops.
He simply took this year's schedule and last year's winning %. Pretty simplistic and potentially very misleading.
For instance, UF gets a huge lift from Hawaii's record last year. Anyone think Hawaii goes undefeated this year? Or even just one loss?
