It might have been because we were playing against 12 men.

Unfortunately, they've done much worse. I hate the Pac-1.
Wow. That IS blatant. How did no one catch that?
Demmit!!!! Paul, I never caught that. I kept replaying that play trying to figure out how we missed that backer because we actually were matched up perfectly for a dive or ISO.
... and i STILL think he got in
Yeah, he lands with the ball in the endzone. You can argue that his left leg might have been down first, but the ball had to have broken the plane of the goalline prior to him coming down.
Pac Ten officials suck hard.
what was #49 tryign to stomp on at the 44 second mark in the video. Classy, it looks like a linemans leg, he missed though.
Cheating....it's how you win if you don't get caught.
Wow, so it takes Pac 10 teams twelve guys to do what the SEC (and everyone else) does with eleven.
"Wow, so it takes Pac 10 teams twelve guys to do what the SEC (and everyone else) does with eleven."
Do what? Stop Knowshon Moreno? I don't think SEC teams or anyone else does that with 11.
I do high school officiating and as habit count the offense and defense when I can. I was screaming at the TV when their defense came set. All I can say is the officials tried their best to give the game to AzSt.
Actually Dante, I meant it takes them 12 just to play the game. But sure... stop Knowshon also.
They even REVIEWED that play and STILL didn't catch it.
Tebow would have score with 50 men in the box - he is the ultimate human being, perfect in everyway shape and form. The only person who can stop Tim Tebow is Tim Tebow!
Not only that, but they weren't called for a blatant hold, a personal foul, and a neutral zone infraction.
Meanwhile we get called for a non-existant hold, a tripping that didn't occur (wait, you have to touch the guy?) and about three other penalties that were redonk.
It was probably the worst officiated game I've ever seen UGA play.
They made me miss Penn Wagers.
That pretty much says it all.
Wow...how did the Astros lose to the Pirates?

for a better view. twelve helmets. Anyone know where I can send this to the pac-ten official review board? they suck.
WOW!
Bad Calls:
1.) Mo Mass "tripping"
2.) Goodman "using someone to jump to block a field goal"
& now
3.) 12 Men on the field
Lol, damn I love officials!
they just didn't want to see another pac-10 team embarrassed on national tv. eventhough the score was still one sided it could have and should've been much worse. no doubt asu got all the calls during the game.
Why don't all of you dawgs complaining about the officials look at the mugging of our defensive end on your last scoring drive and pretty much throughout the game? Fans only see the calls against thier team and not the ones in favor of. Thier were plently of bad calls and bad no calls to go around. You beat us fair and square. So brag about that and not about how bad the refs are.
LEAPING are you serious?!!!
I really hope there are penalties brought down to the officials of this game. I mean they made up enough penalties against Georgia... worst officiating i have seen in forever !
Yeah, there were some bad calls, and we've been complaining about it in the Pac for a long time. As someone above said, however, there were bad calls/no-calls both ways, but people just look for the stuff that went against them.
How about being up 27-10, just over a minute left, and the play clock starting up with first and goal? Take a knee two or three times or try to run up the score?
How about being up 27-10 with a couple of minutes left and keeping your star RB in the game?
UGA won the game handily, but that kind of stuff just isn't necessary. CMR passed the blame off on the players, saying he struck a compromise: they wanted to go down and score quickly, he wanted to run the clock off, so the compromise was to just keet KM in the game to run the ball down the field to score, rather than passing. Uhhh, who's the coach? Teach your players some sportsmanship. They say, "C'mon, coach, lets ram it down their throats and make the score look even worse!" You say, "No, we've beaten them soundly and proven our dominance--let's be men and end the game."
Its too bad thats what the media has made college teams do. All we do is win and all we do is move down the polls, I mean popularity contest...
usc would have thrown for it that last drive
hd, the game was not over at that point. Yes, the dawgs were dominating the game but anything can change. Taking the field goal put the game out of reach for the sun devils.
hd was mad because we ran the ball our last drive with our fullback. someone like usc would have been throwing the ball to try to get more points so that the poll voters would boost them. we have more class than that, atleast
Welcome to PAC 10 officiating boys. It just don't get no better. Take it from an Oklahoma alum. You have to beat their 11(+1) on the field and a gang of convicts in stripes too.
I love the way the media just sidesteps the obvious bias. If they don't talk about it, it didn't happen, right?
I was halfway expecting the officials to give ASU 20 points at the end of the game so they could win it. They tried just about every other way to give them the game.
