Georgia vs. LSU Kickoff Confirmed for 3:30 PM EST


The SEC has confirmed that the Georgia Bulldogs vs. the LSU Tigers football game on Oct. 25th will be played at 3:30 pm (EST) on CBS. The full SEC TV schedule for the week includes:
    (Thu.) Oct. 23
    Auburn at West Virginia (ESPN / 7:30 p.m. ET)

    (Sat.) Oct. 25
    Kentucky at Florida (Raycom Sports / 12:30 p.m. ET)
    Georgia at LSU (CBS Sports / 3:30 p.m. ET)
    Middle Tennessee at Mississippi State (ESPNU / 7 p.m. ET)
    Alabama at Tennessee (ESPN / 7:45 p.m. ET)

Looks like the ESPNU contract has been fast tracked. I don't remember last year having a game on there. This will be the 2nd week in a row.

Who knows. Maybe CBS / ESPN / SEC worked it out as part of CBS taking more craptacular games last week...or ESPN passing on putting UGA vs Vandy on at night.

Thank God. For anyone making their first trip down there, be prepared. LSU fans are either the absolute best, most hospitable you'll meet, or the absolute worst on Earth. There is no middle ground. Prepare to be yelled and cussed and "Tigah Bait!"ed to death. Have fun, but don't say you weren't warned.
