Maybe they're feeling a little guilty because of the way they ripped us off on the football tickets?

Buy them at the door so you don't have to pay the ridiculous $5 "handling" charge . . .

Good thing the basketball game was Saturday night so nobody had to see us get seal clubbed by UAB.

Jeez, the Fox era is off to a rousing start.

Does anybody actually think that Fox was going to have a good year this year? He lost the only legitimate shooter and was left with very little except for Trey. We have no guards and no inside threats, and we're terrible from 3 and on ft's.

Fox is going to be a bust just like Felton. The only difference is that Fox's salary is a bigger travesty.

At least we can re-live old dawg records at http://www.smartestbulldog.com. Don't care about weed eaters here. Give me Buck, Garrison, Herschel, Billy, Kevin, et. al. I am now lost in the past.

See you next year.

Sorry if I'm thread-jacking here, but I wanted to post this before I forgot. I, like many Dawg fans, was feeling down about the football team. So I did what I do in these situations, browse the articles of Lewis Grizzard. And I found something interesting...

During the Goff years, UGA took a bunch of criticism leading up to the Tech game. Then they won 43-10. Here's the quote:

"So I had and I have every reason to sit here and do my best to add further to the Tech misery. But I won't and here's why. All season I've listened to fellow Georgia fans discuss the shambles they say is now the Bulldogs' football program. I've read the sports pages that buried the Dawgs on a daily basis. And I've listened to the radio talk shows and heard our own describe the situation in Athens with such adjectives as "pitiful" and even "sickening." I certainly agree it's been a year the locusts have feasted upon our crops. But if we're in all that bad a shape, think of the relative condition of the Tech program. The Jackets lost to a Georgia team that has been derided unmercifully by 33 points."

Lewis, you never fail to cheer me up!

"Fox is going to be a bust just like Felton."

Why?

And before you answer "homina homina shudda gotten Anthony Grant," I take it you haven't watched any sterling Bama games this year.

Fox is terrible. The team looks no better than last year. There is no direction at all on offense. This isn't something a shooter can fix. We don't pass well, we don't communicate well, and we just look plain confused on the court.

Fold the damn program.
