Mike Gundy offered Tennessee job

Tennessee has offered the Vols head coaching job to Mike Gundy, a source told CBS this morning.

If you believe the Internets, Gundy has been offered about seven jobs in the last three days. Now, The Vols come calling. In many ways, the Tennessee job is a good fit for Gundy. At Okie State, he has to recruit well out of state against conference rivals. His biggest rival is an acknowledged CFB heavyweight with national championship aspirations every year. They wear orange.

I don't personally see T.Boone Pickens letting him leave Stillwater, unless he wants him gone. This has potential to be a good move for The Vols. This is, of course, a great move for SEC bloggers.

Yeah, LSUFreak wouldn't have anything to work with there.
