After last year's debacle, I only have one:
Will we show up and play like a team that has something to play for? I made a point of going back and looking at last year's recaps, my thoughts on the game, and Greg Norman falling apart at Augusta, for good measure. There is nothing about those comments that give me hope about this week.
We can take the fight to South Carolina, but the only thing we did last year to do that was that asinine sideline swing screen that we ran about 33 times for 7 total yards. We can neutralize their pass rush, especially considering a very mediocre North Carolina team only gave up one sack, while running 45+ passing plays. We can score a lot of points on them.
The real question is will we?

That is the question.
Going back to read last year's post was eye-opening. How many of the issues in that loss last year were reflected in the loss last week? And reading the comments below that post made me feel that I was reading comments on a post from this week.
I had some serious dejavu.
No doubt. The only difference is we were competent on offense this past week in a way we just weren't in Columbia last year.
