With next week being the least compelling match up weekend of the year, going to [goes to North Dakota State's Wikipedia page] Fargo isn't that much of a stretch. The Bison plays Delaware State next week. That also means my prediction about them being at Navy later in the season isn't likely to happen, since they aren't likely to go to two non-big name schools in one season.
