Dawgs defeat travel woes and Mississippi State

Get a twenty point road win in Starkeville.

Georgia was down 22-8 with 9:43 in the first half when Coach Fox called a time out. He needs to write down what he said, because Georgia went on a 20-5 run to close out the first half, then scored 47 points in the second half. After the timeout, UGA shot 63% the rest of the game.

Charles Mann was his normal self, but we got a huge boost off the bench from Juwan Parker, who went 4-5 from the field and 7-7 from the FT line for 16 points.

Dawgs face Ole Miss Saturday afternoon, tied with the Rebel Bears for third in the conference. Tip is 4pm.
