I'd settle for Theus becoming a starting grade Olineman again

I read Emerson's article on John Theus with a healthy dose of skepticism because we've been here before. I love John Theus. His hair. His size. He attitude. But he lost his starting job midway through the season last year, mostly because he didn't appear to focus.

Now, we are getting some tasty kool aid about his junior season:
People around the Georgia program said they saw something different in him this offseason. It was evident before spring practice, during mat drills, when Theus was at a different level in terms of emotion and focus.
I hope so, but I'll believe it when I see it. For the record, we don't need John Theus to be All-SEC, though it would be nice. We need him to be merely competent as an every down starting tackle.

And not jumping off sides 1.5 times per game.

Now, if he comes in and dominates? Well, that would be a very nice surprise.

If he is, our offense will be even better. If he is merely starting grade, we are a step ahead of last year.
