The decision to start Ellerbe at what is essentially the quarterback position on the defense had more to do with what he was doing than what Miller was not. "Brandon did a great job at [middle linebacker]," Jancek said. "It really had more to do with Dannell's comfort level there. He's taken right to it and had a great camp."That's good news. However, it doesn't make me feel any better about having Miller at SAM linebacker given how few plays he's made there over the past three years. Oh well. Trust the coaches I guess.
