That video reminds me of how extremely fortunate we were to win that game. Not only did we force a fumble when they were driving for the winning score, but we also got a very lucky break when Tony Wilson's fumble after that long pass bounced right off the Vandy guys leg and back to him.

Oh, and by the way, It was also evident to me once again that our team did NOT purposely dance on the Vandy logo. When the kick sailed through, Coutu took off running away from the line of scrimmage and the rest of the team caught him and they started celebrating and their momentum carried them to the middle. I didn't see one player head for the middle of the field. They were just jumping around. I believe CMR over reacted a little bit.

We best have our game faces on and ready to rumble or we will be in the same shape tomorrow as last year, fighting for a W.

I will always be convinced that Richt was simply frustrated in general about the way the team had played most of the season up to that point. In light of that, he was more pissed off about the team celebrating AT ALL in that situation than he was about WHERE the celebration was taking place.

And no, I don't think the players targeted the Vandy logo. That is simply where they ended up when they chased Coutu down.

I agree that the team did not intentionally dance on the Vandy logo; however, the team did intentionally celebrate in our own endzone on a neutral field against Florida and thus, we have all the penalties we have this year. It was a big deal and will continue to be a big deal and Urban knows so. And so does Terrance Moore. I'm not sure that he spells his first name that way but I don't give a crap and he doesn't deserve it anyway, so there. (Sarcasm intended on the Florida celebration and penalty thing)

That may have been Knowshon's most underappreciated game.. geez.

Also, Tony Wilson was the recipient of the most fortuitous bounce in the history of organized football.

I miss Marcus Howard.

What is amazing is how we were ranked 24th in the country going into that game and most everybody thought we'd lose at least 2 or 3 more games by the end of the season.
