It's going to be an important season. But I'm not willing to go as far as to say "Big" season yet.

I think important is a very big word there. We all know Felton did the impossible and won the SEC Champonship, but they were a very different team during the season (not very good). So the key this season, in my mind, is to back that up. Otherwise people will still regard it as a fluke.

Well, it should be interesting to see the new faces on the court. We definitely need to fill the shoes of Sundi and (the big shoes) of Dave Bliss.... So if this new Thompkins guy can produce, as well as our younger shooting guards... could be interesting.

It really comes down to whether or not these younger, new guys buy into Felton's system and his coaching style. Now that we have removed the distractions and have a (hopefully) focused and dedicated group... I hope for big things.

Either way, Go Dawgs

After stressing out over the football team's tumble from #1, it'll be a breath of fresh air pulling for the upstart basketball team. The players may look a little unfamiliar, but at least there is some kind of culture of winning in the program (even if it was the last few games of the year.)
