Make Plans for Wednesday Night in Athens

The Georgia Bulldog basketball team hosts #14 Ole Miss on Wednesday at 8:00 pm at Stegeman Coliseum, and great seats are still available. The game will be televised on the SEC Network (aka Peachtree TV in Atlanta).

This game is monstrously large as three of the four games following Ole Miss will be on the road. The Rebels lost their season opener at home to Mississippi State, and they only have one respectable road win so far this season (Kansas State). Despite being ranked so high, this is a winnable game.

Come out and support these guys. They are improving and playing some of their best hoops since the SEC Tourney two years ago. The first 10,000 fans get an autographed copy of my bar tab*.

Many of our weeknight home games start at 7:00, but this one starts a little later at 8:00. If you're like me and you're coming in from the Atlanta area for the game, the later tip off will give you more time to get to the game on time.

PWD

*Ok...Not really.

When was that picture taken, if you know? I've been going to games at Steg since 2003, and I've only seen it that full at the UF game a couple of years ago when they were #1 and we weren't horrible.

Will be there.

Any truth to the rumor that Raisin' Canes owner put out a bounty on McPhee? He's going to put them out of business by himself.

all weekday games should start at 8. I'd be willing to drive from Atlanta to most of them if that were true.

I'll be there Wednesday

Kentucky game 2007. It's the picture used on everything as it is the only sellout that had mostly UGA fans the last five years.

Just an FYI, the Kansas State game was not a true road game. It was in the Puerto Rico Invitational

Coach Fox's Birthday is Wednesday.

A full house will be the best gift. See you at the game.

Definitely will be there Wednesday. It'd be great to welcome home the Dawgs with a full house.

The LSU and UK games in 2007 were packed full of fans in red and yes it got loud. The end of the LSU game... that was ridiculously loud.
