I had the rib sandwich, which is four ribs on two pieces of bread. Ribs were tender, dry rubbed and slightly sauced. Delicious. I had a discussion with one of the pit masters about how they do them, and I'm going to try their way next time I do ribs.
I also grabbed a pound of smoked wings, because SMOKED WINGS! I love smoked wings. They were tender, not dry but not greasy and perfect with their hot and spicy sauce on them.
If you go to St. Simons, they are on the traffic circle at Demere and Frederica across from the airport. Go. It's worth it.
